Subscribe & Save Checkbox on Checkout Page

I’m looking for guidance on how to add a subscription option on the checkout page where customers can press a button/checkbox that allows them to have a subscription where the product is delivered in X quantity monthly.

On my current template, I can just add the subscription products but then I would have 6 total products (vs 3 products) on the checkout page, which isn’t good for CRO. I’m looking for guidance or advice on how I would add this to Funnelish since I’m new to Funnelish, and where to get help with this.

If anyone has experience on this topic of having a purchase option of One-Time Purchase vs Subscribe & Save, I would appreciate some help regarding implementing this to my funnel. Since currrently, I only have one-time purchases enabled, which hurts LTV of any customers I get.

Functionality I’m looking for: updates the order summary price and the products shown on the screen to the subscription/one-time version.

Again, I would appreciate any tips or advice you have regarding me implementing this to my funnel, as an new Funnelish user.
