A $24 water bottle can’t pay for its own ad click. That’s the hard part of starting a water bottle business: the product sells fine, but one bottle per order leaves nothing after ad spend, product cost and shipping.
This template fixes the order size, not the product. It’s a complete funnel for a water bottle store, built around bundles and a 4-step post purchase upsell flow. You get two separate selling paths, so you can test single product against bundles and keep whichever earns more per visitor.
| A complete funnel template for a water bottle, tumbler or drinkware store. Two parallel paths (single product and bundles) let you A/B test your offer, a free shipping bar grows carts at checkout, and a 4-step post purchase upsell flow with a downsell raises the average order well past break-even. | |
The landing page sells the lifestyle
Cold traffic doesn’t buy from a catalog page. The main path opens with a long-form landing page instead: bottles grouped by use case (Everyday Use, Training Sessions, Work Desks, Commuting), lifestyle photos, and a “Flasche vs Others” comparison chart that justifies the price before the visitor reaches checkout.
Two paths, so the data picks your offer
The template ships with two complete flows: a main product path (landing + checkout) and a bundle-only path (landing + checkout). Run an A/B split test between them. Send half your traffic to each, and within a week of real clicks you’ll know whether your audience prefers picking a single style or grabbing a pack, and which flow returns the better ROAS.
A free shipping bar that grows the cart
The bundle checkout page shows a visible “Only $X Away From Free Shipping!” progress bar. Buyers add one more item on their own to reach the threshold. No discount needed, and it’s the cheapest order-value boost in the whole funnel.
Four post purchase upsells, in a logical order
After payment, the card is already saved, so every extra offer is one click. The order of the four steps matters:
- Step 1, the easy yes: $17.50 Cleaner Kit. Everyone wants their new bottle clean.
- Step 2, the accessory: $28.00 insulated Bottle Bag for travel and the gym.
- Step 3, the small add-on: $24.00 Bottle Pocket.
- Step 4, the big ask: a last-chance $108 Triple Bottle Bundle for gifting or stocking up.
A buyer who takes even two of these has doubled the original order. That’s what makes the ads profitable.
The downsell catches the “no”
If the buyer declines the main offer, a downsell page steps in with “Extra 15% Off, Just For You” and a discounted $41.65 bottle. People who already bought once rarely say no twice.
How to use it
Clone the template into your Funnelish account- Swap in your product: images, copy and pricing on both landing pages and checkouts
- Rebuild the upsell steps from your own catalog. The pattern (consumable add-on, accessory, small add-on, volume bundle) works for any drinkware or low-ticket product
- Split test the two paths, keep the winner, and put your ad budget behind it
